Kevin Dulio has been involved in the landscape industry for over 20 years. He was interested in horticulture in high school and decided to make it his career. While studying horticulture at Delaware Valley College, he worked at two garden centers to increase his knowledge of plant material. After graduating in 2000 with a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture & Environmental Design, he managed a garden center in Sussex County, New Jersey. After a few years, he then became a branch manager for a landscape management firm in Warren County, New Jersey. In 2006, Kevin decided it was time to take his years of knowledge and experience in landscape management and start Native Fields Landscaping, LLC. Since his background was in landscape design, he decided to focus his business design/build and lawn maintenance. As the housing market took a downward turn, he regrouped and focused on lawn maintenance in order to control the rising costs of running a business. After six years being in business, Native Fields Landscaping, LLC is now specializing in the maintenance and snow/ice management of HOA (Home Owner Associations) in Morris, Warren, Sussex and Passaic Counties New Jersey for over 2,500 townhome units.

"I have been using them for the past year to care for my lawn. Last year, they cleaned the leaves from my lawn when there were still a ton of leaves in the trees so I ended up having to clean them up again on my own. This year they claimed that there were weather delays so they couldn’t get a crew out to clean my leaves until the week after the township picks up the leaves from the curb. I called them the day after I got a violation notice and left a message. I was told to send an email. It was around the holidays so I cut them some slack but I only have 10 days on the notice to clear my leaves. They still didn’t answer after a week so I left more messages with their service. Finally I demanded a call back. Instead, the president Tom Ross simply answers my email stating that he has never had an issue in the past 25 years. I answered immediately asking how this could be fixed and still no response. How can they be so blind as to my problem at hand? I called again today after speaking to the service again and finally spoke to someone at the office. Now they want to charge me an extra $150 for their mistake and said they would be able to arrange for it next week, 2 weeks after I first tried to speak to them. No thanks. I’m done with you. I called 2 other services and they answered right away, in comparison. 1 offered to take care of it the next day. Don’t waste your time or money here."
