"In January 2020, one of the pipes going to our boiler leaked, and because our old boiler's auto refill and low water cutoff failed, the boiler was dry-firing. The fire dept. had to come and shut off power to the boiler at 1 am. I called Cellino, and Luke (the president) called me back at 4 am. Tom M. was here in the morning and told me we needed a new boiler. The next day, the boiler came in, and a team including Chris, Frank, and Tyler spent all day (12 hours) installing it.
