"Brian promptly returned my call and was out the very next day setting traps at one of my rental units. He checks the traps daily and is even going to cover the hole where the skunks were entering under the house. Professional, reliable and friendly. It's been a pleasure doing business with him. "For my follow-up visit today, technician Ryan Gajewski came out. He was one of the BEST servicemen I've ever had, for any type of repair or service. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, help me understand the process, and give me professional advice - all after his regular day of stops, as mine was considered an "emergency stop"!
