My furnace broke on Thursday night, so I called for a quote on Friday afternoon, thinking that I might be able to have them take a look sometime on the weekend. Chris, the owner, and Austin came by, took a look, and got me a quote for a repair, a basic replacement, and a deluxe replacement.
