Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

"First, this was an A/C repair, not install, but I can't say enough about this company! 1. I called, and the owner picked up the phone! 2. He listened to my concerns and was able to stop by and evaluate the issues with several hours. 3. He was prompt and accurate in his description of the issue, what parts on under warranty, how long for the parts, and the cost. 4. Knowing this was a rental property, he also advised of things seen and that may need to be addressed and once again confirmed that I really wanted to spend the money to fix the issue. 5. His time from evaluation to repair was less than expected, and once fully disassembled, he found he could perform the fix for less than expected - and he did not try to play games, he advised me of the change and the lower charge. I hire and work with a lot of contractors, repair people, etc. both for my business and my job. I can tell you I am shouting this company's work ethic high and wide. "

"I’m reluctant to leave a negative review, but my recent experience with Cellino has left me no choice. I initially hired Cellino for a greenhouse HVAC project, based on a positive recommendation and previous great service with a furnace issue. On September 6, Chris came out to assess the job, spending significant time taking measurements and photos, and assured me they had handled similar projects. After weeks of visits and reassurances, we received a quote on September 18. Though it was higher than others, I trusted Cellino based on their professionalism. However, on October 22, over a month later and after multiple assessments, the installation team informed me that the heater they specified was actually overpowered for our greenhouse—news that should have been caught early on. This oversight led to weeks of back-and-forth exchanges, ending with us exchanging the heater for a more suitable model. This delay has cost my business thousands in lost stock due to inadequate heating."

"Hired Imperial Heating to do a heating job at a property. He came out right away and diagnosed the issue. He requested a part which we sent a deposit for. Took 2 to 3 weeks of begging him to return the job to finish it. Finally, he did after we threatened to hire someone else. Afterwards, he sent an invoice that gave an option to pay through QB's with a debit card. I did this and paid the invoice. He called a couple hours later saying that that function wasn't set up and he had to take payment over the phone. he would call QB's and have the money refunded. Out of good faith I paid him AGAIN over the phone. 3 months later and after many requests I have not received the refund. Andrew has basically told me he is not refunding the money and that he's no longer in business. Out of principle this is unacceptable. I am tired or criminal contractors taking advantage of honest people and getting away with it, wasting my companies time. We are pursuing legal action against him and his supposed company. Would suggest being VERY careful doing any work with Andrew Huffman/ Imperial Heating & Cooling. In the process now of finding out if he is actually a licensed heating contractor."
