Extremely professional, polite, personable, thorough, extremely detailed resulting in a very, very clean install. Mary from Mike’s office is also very friendly and efficient! Today (5/23/2024)Precision Heating & Cooling installed the new air conditioner as it needed to wait for the warner weather. Once again, Mike Nichols and his assistant did a top-notch job. Completed it within the estimated time window, very clean job from the furnace to the outside AC unit. Due to Mike's obsession with ensuring any wires, pipes etc he installs are very neatly tied down, he even tied down some long hanging cable wires I was just resting on the hanging ceiling. "The price was $2,575 lower than the same work estimate from another company. The work actually took two days. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc."
