He was very knowledgeable about boilers and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. No parts or replacement was necessary. He also gave me some helpful tips on the system we have. "In January 2020, one of the pipes going to our boiler leaked, and because our old boiler's auto refill and low water cutoff failed, the boiler was dry-firing. The fire dept. had to come and shut off power to the boiler at 1 am. I called Cellino, and Luke (the president) called me back at 4 am. Tom M. was here in the morning and told me we needed a new boiler. The next day, the boiler came in, and a team including Chris, Frank, and Tyler spent all day (12 hours) installing it. We are now safe and warm. I can't recommend Cellino highly enough for the customer service and quality workmanship."

"Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"
