The fire dept. had to come and shut off power to the boiler at 1 am. I called Cellino, and Luke (the president) called me back at 4 am. Tom M. was here in the morning and told me we needed a new boiler. The next day, the boiler came in, and a team including Chris, Frank, and Tyler spent all day (12 hours) installing it. We are now safe and warm. I can't recommend Cellino highly enough for the customer service and quality workmanship."

Consultant Dave who explained options was honest and straightforward about job.I was easily scheduled, worked quickly through financing and scheduled for consult and service. The technicians were polite and did an amazing job. no mess was left and air conditioner /thermostat are amazing. The technicians assisted me in hanging some fire alarms because I have a broken leg and cannot. Over all this company surpassed our expectations. We will use them again if needed. "Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"
