Initially, I hired a different company (big mistake) to do the remediation. They basically just sprayed some chemicals and left. Within a couple months I was experiencing the same issues and breathing toxic air again. So I did some research and decided to call Voda. JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again. Highly recommend their services to anyone going through a similar situation!"

I agreed to that and he arrived at about 9:30. Before 10:00 he was finished and the clog was removed. Eric was professional and courteous. "We called Kyle to set up an appointment to have our Hot Tub repaired. He was nice and friendly and texted us to set up an appointment between 9am-11am but on the day of the appointment, he didn?t show up and he didn?t call or message us to let us know he wasn?t coming. We messaged him to ask if he was still coming but he didn?t respond until almost 2pm and when he did, he apologized and told us that he ran into an emergency that took longer than he thought and he asked us if we could please allow him another chance to come the following morning. We took a chance and set up an appointment for 9 AM the following day. We sat and waited for him the next morning and again he was a ?no show?. He did message around 9:30am stating he was sorry again but he had another emergency and he would have to reschedule for later in the week. Kyle seems to be a nice person but a horrible businessman. It was inconvenient for us to wait around 2 days in a row and all he could say is ?life happens?."
