"Mike was very responsive to my questions and emails /phone calls were returned no later than the following day... Once I decided on my sink and quartz slab, the work was done within a couple weeks (this is a very busy time for remodeling) I love my quartz countertops and sink... The workmanship is excellent and very impressed with the speed and neatness the demolition was done (vacuumed as demo was being performed) and debris hauled away... I would definitely ask them to do my bathrooms when i'm ready!"

"Javier arrived and got right to work.  He went up on the roof, took before and after pictures with his smartphone of any loose, chipped, cracked tiles.  He applied caulking and mastic where necessary.  He tightened up all loose tiles.  He did good work.  I will definitely use these guys again for any roof maintenance.  Thanks!

"Chris called about a half-hour before his arrival time after finishing up a morning job. He was a few minutes later than the estimated window, but that wasn't a big thing. However, when he got to the house and I explained what needed to be done, there were some hiccups, which may have been my fault for not communicating clearly enough in my email to his partner Rick. The main project we called R & J for -- installing a shelf above our fireplace -- Chris was hesitant to do because of concerns with the chimney behind the wall and the questionable safety of drilling into it. Fair enough.
Moved on to the next project, which was hanging a few pictures above our stairs. I did tell Rick we'd need a special/long ladder, but again, this was via email and he may not have understood how high up the wall above the stairs we needed to go. Chris didn't have a ladder that could work around the stairs, but we discussed some potential solutions. Either way, that wasn't happening today either. So Chris moved on to install a towel bar in our master bath (success!) and then a toilet paper holder that--wait for it--didn't fully get done either, because a part we had purchased was already broken. Argh! Chris tried to jerry-rig it, but to no avail. We ended up deciding to put the fireplace shelf on a wall in a different room, which Chris did easily and, well, at least that got done!
All that said, Chris was super nice and helpful, even if we couldn't get all the stuff done as planned. Would definitely contact these guys again for future projects.

"The entire project, from start to finish, was a wonderful experience.  Steve Gutman, the sales representative, came to our house on time and showed us all the available products.  We went with the Ultra material because of the 30 year warranty and the durability of the product.  The installer was on time and put up our huge patio cover in one day.    Our patio is beautiful and has made a huge difference in the overall appearance of the backyard.  We are ver pleased with Dura Kool, 100% satisifed and we highly recommend them!"
