"super saiyan landscaping responded to my angis listing about a drip system leak. they came out and quoted the job at $1800 which was paid in full and they never fixed the problem. the leak remains. ive tried many attempts to contact to get this resolved and and have been ignored. after long waits the respond and make excuses and have never come back to fix the reason they were hired to fix in the first place. the latest excuse is they are out of the country till the end of december. again ive paid this company in full and i feel i have been robbed. ive filed a complaint with angi for investigation and im about to contact the police. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for.
