"If I could give it a zero I would! I don't know how they are with air conditioning, but as far as plumbing, it was an Air Pro DISASTER! This is worth the read if you need plumbing fixed. I had a leak in my master bath faucet. I called my Home Warranty company and they sent this company. The guy came out, he was nice and complimentary of our home. He cut a hole in our ceiling in the kitchen below, and said he found the leak. He cut out the pipe, replaced it and said it was fixed (after an additional $350 for "special parts"). We started using the faucet and still leaking. We called APM and they sent him out again. He cut a bigger hole in our ceiling and said that he found the leak. It was a line next to the one he "repaired". This time, he cut out a big hunk of piping and said he had to take pictures and to get insurance approval to fix it. Should he not have gotten approval first? He went out to his van and was apparently waiting for approval. I went up stairs for a few minutes. He came back in, cleaned up, and left. He said nothing more to us. What he failed to tell us was that the lines he cut included the shower and bath. My wife went to take a shower and it created a flood in our kitchen. I called APM and spoke with Erik. He took no responsibility for this! I called their office, sent an email and they wouldn't get back to me. I had to get the Contractor's Board involved. I contacted the Home Warranty company and after complaining to the BBB, they said they would send them out to finish the work. APM REFUSED to come out and fix it. The Warranty company sent out another company. The plumber that came had to rebuild all the pipes the first guy cut out. On top of all of this, the actual leak was originating from the pipe on the second floor. He found it within two minutes of inspecting the area. I would stay far away from this company for plumbing!"

A friend recommended MC Plumbing, and when I called at 730am Scott answered the phone on the second ring. He listened to my problem, and arranged to have someone come take a look between 8am and 10am. As I write this, it is still not 10am, and my problem has been fixed. Makay showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately fixed my problem. There was no upselling, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. Honestly, I've dealt with a lot of licensed professionals, and you would be very hard-pressed to find any better than MC Plumbing. My highest possible recommendation!"

"We had an overflow so we needed quick help. I called one day at 5 pm and they came out the next morning. Handled the job quickly, professionally. I don't think they charged extra for the quick turnaround. Wayne, the tech, is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He understood the problem immediately - a blockage in the line caused by a poorly connected and placed riser pipe in the tank. Everything one can want in a septic emergency!"

"$100,000 hole in the ground I’m not sure how A&S pools has any good reviews. I can only assume they were written after a bribe offer as one was offered to me too, but I did not respond. Zero customer service, lengthy delays for missing parts and extended employee absences with zero communication, failed inspections, broken equipment and unanswered warranty calls. (Equipment is still broken) The design photos of my pool showed tile around the spa, but they only tiled one side. When I asked the project manager when they were coming out to tile the rest, he literally laughed out loud in front of me. True, it wasn’t in the contract, but it wasn’t reviewed verbally and the images I was shown had tile all around. It’s not about the money, it’s about being honest, communicative, responsible business people and Anthony & Sylvan Pools is not. Buyer beware."

They over charged us by $2000! How do I know...same thing happened to upstairs unit today. Called Black mountain air and only charged us $300+. Tech said goettl does unnecessary work and charges out the a**! I'm sure goettl has some excuse like how it was all necessary and competition wants to bring them down blah blah. They know full well how they're ripping people off! I will write a negative review every day about those crooks till I get my money back from them. So basically that won't happen so bad reviews it is!"
