This was a really professional job! It was completed on-time, correctly, and the pool is absolutely like new! Tom and his team communicated all the time, and kept me updated on the project. I hired them to re-plaster my aging pool. It was looking pretty bad, with lots of missing plaster. They would clean up the jobsite daily, and hauled away all the debris. His workers are all employees of the company, and not just hired off the street. They were careful not to destroy the yard with all the equipment and countless trips in and out of the yard. Overall, I was extremely happy with the entire project, the price was better than I had estimated, and the results are amazing. They buffed out my tile instead of replacing it, and it looks brand new. The final result was a beautiful, brand-new looking pool! Super happy and highly recommend them for your pool project. I even changed over to them for my weekly pool service.

We live in Pahrump and needed our in ground pool remodeled. We worked with Mike Simpson. He was excellent throughout the process. Each crew that arrived cleaned up after their work. My experience with Nationwide Pools was wonderful. Scott Williams was my salesman and he made the experience painless. He was on top of the situation at all times and very available if I had any questions. Nationwide Pools, first did a restoration of my faux rock that is part of the pool area. They redesigned my spa overflow that drops down into the pool. The rock crew was outstanding and gave my pool a new look that has been complimented by neighbors and friends. Our pool is 20 years old and with the new plastering job, it looks primo. I would definitely use Nationwide Pools to do your project because they took the stress out of the project that I have experienced with other companies when do such large projects.

Great product and work

Had my pool re-plastered back in March. It was the wrong color. Where they put in new tile, several grout joints were missed and there is missing grout. Also, streaks and tool marks all through the plaster. They keep saying that they will fix it. Something has always come up, weather, worker shortage etc. Chris was the GC and now John is involved. The put forth a process on how to handle it and I told them that I would verify with other companies if this was the way to proceed. After doing that John was supposed to come out on 3 different occasions to look at my pool. Something always came up. They randomly showed up to look at it when they were over at my neighbors looking at his pool that they screwed up on when I wasn't home. I told them to go back and take a look at it and was told that they would get back to me within a week. Now 3 weeks later, I have to reach out and call them. I will never use them or recommend them. Also, the guy that did the start up said that they screwed up the color on another pool a few blocks away form my house.

:-) This has been a very pleasant surprise because of how well this project has gone and the professionalism that every employee has shown, especially Mike Simpson. Project took over 121 days to complete of which we had some one working 20 days, and then it wasn't totally complete, I did the grout and sealing of the water feature just because I was tired of dealing with this company. When project started we told them we were not in a rush they estimated 30 days but at time passed it felt like our project was not that important, was told numerous times how busy they were. Was not impressed on their clean up after the project had issues with concrete from rock water feature all over the backyard. Also plaster on the deck that I had to paint over they did send someone out but all that person did was spray water on the deck, they did have a person come back to paint are of wall that concrete had splashed on, good thing i had the paint. I kept track off all work on calendar and text all text messages. All in all I would not recommend this company .

Good start up with contract and customer service, the draining and scraping of pool was done on time and was excellent, plastering and quartz did not show up at assigned time and did not call, 9 days later still no set time to finish the job. Customer service trying to resolve the finalization of the contract has been unprofessional.

So we have a deck surrounding the pool at my in-laws house that was in bad shape. I found Nationwide pool on HomeAdvisor and contacted them. They were quick, professional and warrantee their work. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is now to have a pool deck that looks brand new. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

I had my pool resurfaced by them about 4 years ago. I drained my pool to put in freshwater for the summer since it had been 4 years. I am the process of draining the pool I became aware of small cracks and circle areas that sounded hollow. The pool surface was experiencing delamination. My contract was guaranteed a 7-year warranty against delamination so I contacted them. I was then told that it was not their problem and that it was no a workmanship error and that they would not honor the warranty. They did not even come out to look at the damage. They blew me off and said **contact the contractors board.** In the process of contacting the contractors board I became aware they were cited with a violation for using unlicensed workers on contracts and using improper 1099s. They are a horrible small company trying to make a name off a larger national company by adding **design** to the licensed name. Do not do business with them or Jon Winn, the owner.

My project was a breeze. I had my 10,000 gallon pool replastered. Jordon and his team were amazing to work with. I let him know I needed the project done asap and he had the entire thing finished a week before he was contracted to start. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They were so amazing to work with I hired them to be my weekly pool service. I highly recommend Jordon and Nationwide Pool!

Crew very professional and did excellent job -- had to work around COVID restrictions, weather, holiday so work took longer than expected but was done very well.

We were able to split the project into two phases;: patio and stone work, pool resurfacing and new tile. They are honoring the original estimate even though we are delaying the pool work until the fall.
