Generally, when there is progress to discuss or a schedule to be given we will give it. When we are in a stall pattern or there is no new news, we do not want to call simply to share that nothing has changed. When a third-party arbitrator in the state of Nevada came out and stated it was a water chemistry issue initially We closed your case file. But subsequently, we have come in and made corrections to those areas and I have got you all taken care of now thank you. We hope you enjoy your summer."
