Marvin not only made the home safe to turn on electricity, he also helped put the fire out!! Many other companies would have left and said "call the fire department before I do work". "sales person arrived and explained how the wireless system I had purchased was "ok" but a hard wired system would be more reliable. He explained and walked the property and I agreed to his suggestions. The entire process was supposed to take 'about a week' and ended up taking 3 weeks. Approximately 12 holes were make to enable wiring and the company did not do the sheet rock repairs-I had to pay $500 for another person to come in and spend 2 days to take care of closing up. "I contacted Miguel for the bid and he arrived prompt and professional. We discussed what I wanted and a detailed estimate was given. The job commenced a few days later as scheduals permitted. Two finishes were used, one for the walls and the other for the wood trim. Each day he and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Miguel removed and replaced window coverings (blinds and custom valances). Everything that was not to be painted was covered and covers secured. I requested that he leave all the switch and electrical plates off so I could give them a good thorough cleaning before replacing them so as not to leave any smudges on the new paint. The job took 16 hours over two days and when he and his crew left they took all debris. I was also replacing the carpet and floors and had that scheduled a couple of days after the paint. So I could have been a little less concerned about over spray or spills (if any). The walk through went well with nothing unexpected. I feel very confident that if any negitive issues had come up Miguel and I would have worked well with each other to remedy the situation. I have numerous houses and will not hesitate to use the services of Miguel Gancedo Again. I will also have no problem recommending him."
