I complained and we had a back and forth discussion before tech agreed to fix the problem. In the meantime I found out that the tech did not install any new wiring, but apparently found the missing wires. He lied to me about removing a center console which had damage. The Alarm system he installed does not list Crazy Bobs as an authorized Dealer even though he charged me authorized dealer retail prices. Also when I asked for the Warrany, the tech gave me his business card and told me any problems, just bring the RV in and he would take care of it. I began to feel conned. At this point I lost all confidence in the business and felt that with the repeated lies that they could not be trusted to stand by their word. During a face to face meeting on Oct. 8, 2013 with the supervisor, I made it clear that the whole alarm installation was unacceptable and expressed my opinion that I didn't believe that they could fix the problem. It was agreed to refund my money and remove the alarm. This removal was quick and partial. I was happy that they refunded my money and I only lost about 3 weeks time and 3 round trips of 80 miles. I believe that this establishment relies on customer ignorance and would not recommend them. This had left a mess. In addition, as the home was being built, rain had caused water spots on the ceiling. After having the contractor painter's out over and over, the water stains kept reappearing. The painted walls, since there was no primer, also had a problem. If you put painter's tape on them and then pulled it off, the paint would come with it. The contractor paint team would do nothing about this. I decided I had enough and wanted a paint team that knew what they were doing. The gentleman at Sherwin Williams recommended Martin's Painting. I called, got a reasonable quote for the mess that I had and hired them. They were wonderful. Removed all hardware, light fixtures, etc. covered furniture/carpet/floor and went to work. Put the kill over the water spots and PRIMED and painted the ceilings. Sanded the surfaces in the master closet (that had been VERY rough) and painted it two-tone as requested. Cleaned up their mess when done. It took them 3 days of work for 3 people. The end result was amazing. What a difference. I will be using them again to re-do the rest of my home. Mark Roe arrived on time to evaluate the job and explained the entire process to me in great detail. Mark took the time to listen to my concerns regarding some rotting wood, and he answered all of my questions, and took measurements of the house. I received the written estimate from Mark a few days later via e-mail. The written estimate was very detailed and professional which impressed me very much. I had three other companies provide estimates as well. Colcm Painting was not the highest bid nor was it the lowest bid. I checked references, BBB ratings, and insurance records and I felt Colcm Painting was the right choice for my exterior paint job. The start of the job was delayed a few days due to weather, but when the weather cooperated the house was pressure washed, the paint crew arrived on time Monday morning and began preparing the house. All cracks were caulked, nails set, rotted wood removed, surface areas scraped, and surfaces primed where needed. The body of the house was spray painted. The crew did an excellent job replacing wood where needed and the trim and eaves were hand brushed or rolled. The doors were rolled and adjustments were made as necessary. The entire job was completed less than 48 hours after it had begun and the final walk through was completed with the crew and project manager. I am extremely happy with the final results of the exterior painting of my home. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting is a very professional and reliable company, and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services! There is a lack of a prompt response in removal of furniture. The owner prefers phone calls rather than written correspondence, this makes me suspicious. I like having a paper trail. The property has sold and closing is on 11/26/17. Vicki Town has not been returning phone calls. I can't get a...

FAQs for snow removal projects in Mesquite, NV
Before hiring a snow removal company, it’s essential first to ask questions to understand the details thoroughly. Since every company has different policies and snow removal methods, it’s best to clarify upfront before you’re left in a heap of snow. Some starting questions to consider include:
What are the procedures for a snowstorm? Do I need to call you each time, or do you automatically come out?
Do you wait until after the snow has stopped falling or make multiple passes throughout the storm?
What is your method of removal?
Do you use salt after the snow is removed? Is it pet-safe?
How does your billing work? Do you bill extra for blizzard conditions?
Can I sign an annual contract, or do you bill for each storm?
The cost of an annual snow removal contract is $200 to $600. This cost is significantly impacted by the area you live in. Places that don’t receive considerable snowfall might charge less for an annual contract, and those areas that get heaps of snow throughout the fall and winter can expect to pay on the higher side. In addition, property size, expected response time, and extra services like clearing a sidewalk can also impact your cost.
Yes, most states require that snow removal companies be insured under workers' compensation. This protects the employees financially if an injury were to happen (and when dealing with ice and snow, it’s possible that injury could occur). In addition, most states require snow removal companies to be covered under general liability, which would help cover the cost of any property damage incurred during the removal process.
Depending on where you live and your average snowfall, removing snow from your property yourself with either a shovel or a snowblower is reasonable. A snow shovel costs around $60, and a snowblower can range from $100 to $2,300. However, taking a DIY approach to this isn’t always the best option. In these cases, it’s best to hire a professional snow removal company:
If you have a large property or an extended area that needs clearing
If you have certain health conditions, such as mobility issues
If you want to save time or need the snow removed ASAP
If you live in an area with frequent heavy snowfall and want to offset your time spent
If you lack the space to store snow removal equipment
It’s no surprise that removing snow from your driveway makes coming and going significantly easier and lowers the risk of falling. However, it’s important to note that if you don’t remove snow from your driveway, you run the risk of damaging your paving. As the snow melts, water can seep into your driveway. This can lead to the formation of cracks. When the water freezes, this expands the minor cracks, leading to more significant damage.

Homeowners in cold-weather climates reach for rock salt to de-ice their walkways and driveways. How does salt melt ice? It’s a matter of simple chemistry.
