Water-damaged ceiling, wall, and floor areas were removed. Mold issues were remediated and then tested by third party. A different contractor, dealing with the exterior roof leak, gave a positive comment after seeing the remediation work performed. Overall, very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We are local property management company. I have use many restoration companies in the past but this one ranks Number 1 in those that I've used. Customer Service was right on point. Every time I had a question I would call the office and get Dayna and she will explain everything that was going on so I could intern relay that to the owners.No matter how many questions she never got annoyed LOL she was amazing. The job was finished fast and they got rid of all the mold so the tenant was able to return to her home. I highly recommend this company.

Everything went great. Dayna Fualaau and her team was able to find more parts of the home that was affected from the water damage. Some areas that I thought never got affected but with their professional skills and tools they were able to get the job done. A Tenant of mine called on the July 4th holiday complaining about the carpet being wet. Further investigation found water coming from the upstairs unit in a very slow leak so mold was already developing. We found the upstairs' owner and he filed a claim with his insurance company which called out a national company to deal with the remediation/restoration situation. Knowing I would have problems with that sized company, I jumped on Angieslist to look for a good local company and found Advanced Pro with very high ratings in these categories and decided to give them a call. I am extremely happy I made that decision because they took care of everything promptly and helped me in dealing with the insurance companies. They did make a mistake in one situation but owned up to the mistake and absorbed the entire cost associated with it. I have nothing but appreciation for Advanced Pro. Please keep up the great work. I certainly know who to call if I were ever in a similar predicament again.

I am so grateful to have found Advanced Pro to help me with a large leak that had me overwhelmed! Shawn came to my home and evaluated the large water loss that leaked through our kitchen into our basement and he explained the entire process in detail. Shawn has worked diligently with my insurance company alleviating much of my stress. Advanced pro did a fantastic Job from start to finish. I had a major water leak under kitchen sink, which spread to my floor. Floors were warped and mold started growing under sink. When I called them, they came out immediately and started work the same day. Everyone from the office staff to the guys on the job were professional, hard working, and always showed up when they said they would. I am so very pleased with the results and had my kitchen back a lot faster then the quotes I received from other companies. I would highly recommend Advanced Pro. Advanced Pro came out and got rid of all the wet walls and dried where needed. They weren't able to get my insurance to pay, which was disappointing. The plumber they use charges a ridiculous amount. I still need to have them come out to re-drywall and paint all the areas they removed, so the cost will be more than stated below

Advanced pro was awesome! The work we needed done took them no time at all. We had a smaller area needing fixing, but they were still very prompt and quick. The project manager always returned my calls usually the same day and worked with my schedule. The staff at the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful when I called to ask questions. By the time the process was over they knew me by name. Would absolutely recommend them!

3 months after we had Advanced Pro find a leak in our master bath and remodel a part of the bathroom, we had water pouring out from under our dishwasher. We were not real happy with that because we figured it was going to be another "not covered by insurance" loss like our last encounter. 
Advanced Pro, were out the same day we called them, on a Saturday, and had diagnosed and found the problem. It wasn't the dishwasher, but a separated pipe fitting in the wall.
I was on the phone with John again in a matter of an hour or so, and he assisted me in calling in my claim to the insurance company. 
They began the mold remediation immediately to mitigate the damages.
Once again, Advanced Pro was as professional as they come. They were in contact with the insurance company right away, and got busy immediately. 
When the mold remediation was complete, they had it tested (it passed) and they were right on the rebuild. Rebuild was done in a day! The whole process was about 2 weeks, but that was more along the lines of waiting for approvals from the insurance company than it was anything that A.P. did.
Once again, Advanced Pro came to the rescue and was awesome!!

I’ve waited for a while to write this review of Advanced Pro so I could make sure I could give a fair, accurate, and complete assessment of their work. It has been about 8 months since the completion of work and we have had enough time to see if there were going to be any issues from the work they did 

This is a completely owner pay with no insurance involvement.

I found a leak stemming from the shower in our master bathroom. The paint on the wall was in the beginning stages of sagging.  At the time, I had a different plumber who recommended a contractor they used. I went to Angie’s List and was not hat all happy with what I found, so began going thru the lists and found Advanced Pro. 

They were quick to get out to the house and were able to diagnose and find the leak. It turns out the grout in my stand alone shower had gotten old and pieces had fallen out and allowed water into the wall.

As Advanced Pro’s main source of residential business is insurance work, we discussed at length filing a claim. They told me that my insurance probably would not cover the loss because it was a slow leak caused by a wear and tear item that could have been prevented had I re-sealed or re-grouted my shower. In other words, I should have maintained my shower better.

I called my insurance and discussed it with them just to see what they said. Basically, the guys at Advanced Pro were 100% correct.

So, I hired A.P. to begin the repairs after some further searching to verify their good standings.

My project manager was John and he was nothing short of stellar. By the time everything was said and done, I think I could have put him on our Christmas Card list. He answered his phone almost every time, and the times he didn’t, I would have a call back usually within minutes of leaving a message. He also text’s which helped out a lot when I was working and unable to take a call.

They did the demo, found a little bit of mold, did the remediation on that,  got it tested, and then began the repairs

As we got into the repairs, we found out that the tile in my bathroom was nowhere to be found. These guys looked for 2 weeks trying to find matching tile.  We discussed multiple options of how to proceed. In the end, we decided to remodel the shower and tub area. Now the challenge became to find tile that was close enough to the existing tile that it didn’t look like a reno had been done and we couldn’t find matching tile.

John met us at the flooring/tile store, and spent about 4 hours with us picking and designing the new tile. His opinions were excellent, and he was very forthright with us in regards to how things would look. He was cautious as to not say “You’re out of your mind. You don’t want to do that” at the same as saying, “You’re out of your mind. You don’t want to do that”. We REALLY appreciated the time he spent with us on a Saturday of all days, to make sure we chose new tile wisely.

There were a few hic-ups along the way during the course of this whole project to include problems with the tub spout and the shower enclosure having to be completely custom made, but the truth is, even though the hic-ups added a few weeks to the scope of the project, it was John and everybody else at Advanced Pro’s demeanor, that made it seem and feel not so bad.

It has been 8 months since the reno was completed and we could not be more happy. We have had zero issues with any of the work that was done. The new tile, even though it’s different, blends right in with the existing and does not stand out at all. It does look different, but it doesn’t look like it’s out of place.

John and the team did an amazing job, and they will be my contractor of choice for any future projects I have in the future. 

As a matter of fact, 3 months later, I did call them because of a leak in my kitchen, but that will be on a separate posting  and will get just as great of reviews.

Koa and the guys did a great job. I was away and my son had said they came in and were very professional. The work looks great and I will tell my friends to hire them from now on.

Overall the job was done with a few hiccups of delay. The reconstruction of the vanity was a success despite the need to remove parts of the front panel due to the mold. They were able to match the wood color very closely. The lesson we learned was not to ignore a leak under the cabinet. Something small can be very costly.

The group arrived quickly, did the remediation quickly.  They were also chosen to do the repair, they had to wait for the permits to do the work, once the permits were available they finished the work, it looks good,  no complaints, on time, good work and very courteous...

We had a real good experience with Advanced Pro Remediation. They were very efficient. They gave us real good estimates. They knew what needed to happen next and had contacts for us for other work that had to get done. They were very professional and they did what they needed to do in a timely manner. Between the mold and the asbestos they did a good job of dealing with those. They were good. We checked several places and they were as reasonable as anyone for the price. The quality was good. They were one of the few people that could do the whole job. They were extremely professional.

After I found mold in my floor I was in a panic, Advanced Pro was the only company I could get a hold of who could come the very next day after I found the mold.  There was a misunderstanding in the price and I was a little upset about it, but after they started to work I wasn't upset about it because it was worth their work.  They could have easily told me mold spread to other areas near my toilet room but they did not, I was impressed with their honesty because they could have easily created more work and increased the price and I wouldn't have had the knowledge to correct them.  Every step of the process from removing the mold to remodeling the room went very smooth, they were always on time and cleaned up after themselves.  If I ever have issues with any other part of my home I will call Advanced Pro.
