"Jessie was very professional and explained every aspect of the cleaning, grout repairing and grout coloring as each process was being performed. Our 20 year old tile looks like the day we moved in. The grout repair and recoloring gave our dated floor covering a brand new look. "Chris did a great job and I would recomend him but he brought in another company to seal and polish the floors after he finished and they did not finish the job and now nobody will return my calls. neither Chris or Mark from Surface Masters of Nevada. I paid Mark in full and he won't finish the job. My point is that since Chris brought Mark to work in my house to finish a job he started, he should be the one calling Mark to finish the job. Hopefully this will be resolved and I will post the outcome as soon as it is."
