He never returned to finish the job and would not return phone calls I ask for a partial refund

It was fixed correctly the first time and in short order. He knew exactly what to do.

They did some weeds on one of my properties. It is in a condominium complex, there is no house on it. It is a vacant lot. They took care of the weeds for me. He told me that if the weeds came back, he would come back for me. He came back no problem. I wanted him to do something else for me. He came back in another city not far from where he is. He said he would do it. He came back and I guess, he didn't want to do it. He said it would have to be more. I wanted him to take care of the weeds because he did it before for me. He wouldn't call me back. The other thing I wanted him to do is just some work he said he could do. He estimated it and said that he doesn't want to do it. Because he is not licensed so he could not do it. I tried to get him to come a couple of times to do the weeds but he would not get back with me. He come out and it cost me $300 to have him do it. So he did it. He said if the weeds came back, he would take care of them. Well they came back, I asked him to take care of it and he would not take care of them. It was after a time period that he said that he would do it. Then I had him come see me in another city, he is just ignoring me. He doesn't want to follow up on what he says. The first time he came out, he did a good job. The second time, he said he would come out and do it. he did not do it. He was a little high. He was on time. I don't feel that he is very professional. I would never use him again. He is not licensed or insured.

The work was completed as described and went very well.

Very well. He does what he says he'll do. In this day & age that's hard to find. Someone trust worthy. I had hired one company to do yard work for, pulling weeds & just general yard work me. He mowed my weeds down. Not Larry, he came out with a crew had it looking amazing.

Wonderful work. Done in 2 days. Now when I need anything done, this is who I call. Treats me like a family member. Even going over & checking on my father inlaw. Haven't meet him in person, but he seems like very caring person. Thank you Larry for all your doing for me & my father inlaw.

They worked continuously throughout both days and the job came out beautiful. They made sure to paint everything to match the trim and the color of the house for the downspouts. The guys were both really nice and they took pride in a job well done! We are very pleased with the work and we would highly recommend them.

Larry, Vaughn, and Wayne did a great job of joining parts that didn't want to be put together. The new insulation was wrapped appropriately and will withstand high desert winters. Larry then inspected my water heater and found no problems other than age. When I replace it, I'll have this crew back again.

Very professional and more importantly honest. When they tell you what you need and DON'T need that says a lot. Would use again.

Larry was very personable, did what he promised on time and found two issues we were not expecting He repaid all for the quoted price, returned the next day to complete the job. I could not be more pleased with this service and will continue to use his service for all my home needs. I could not recommend this company more. By the way he completed the service for less then the quoted amount.

Horrible! left the stucco about an inch to thick and didn't even come close to matching the rest of the house. Had to fix it myself the best that I could. This is the second time that I used Angie's list and both times things were screwed up. Never use this site again. I don't know who is supposedly screening people on here but doing a bad job.

Larry arrived the next day to do an estimate and brought along the two men who would do the work. This meant that everyone was aware of what I needed and how everything would be accomplished. Von and Wayne were here the next day and their efforts were perfect. They even did some extra raking weeding, and sweeping. They hauled away everything and my property is back to looking good.

Great communication, punctual, professional service and experience. This is just what I needed when my microwave above the stove died. It sounds like a simple job, but it turned out to be a project. There was no way I could have done this without LTD Management & Maintenance. They stepped up to the plate and took care of everything from start to finish. I know who to call in the future when I need a professional.

They came out and took care of weeds and misc problems I had on my lot. My lot is a vacant lot on a lake. The HOA wrote me a letter to have it taken care of. This company did everything I was asked to have done by the HOA. It was done also in a timely matter. I would call them again. I have other property in the area.. Oh and the price was reasonable...
