"Troy was on time to look at job. Spent time going over what he could do to help remodel a bathroom. He explained only the part of the job he could do and I would need to hire others to complete the total work being done such as a plumber and tile person. Our main concern was that after this original visit, I got one call that he was busy and could not get the estimate done in a timely matter and that he would do it the following week.
I never got an estimate or even another phone call. It has been 3 months with no contact and I hired another person to do the job.
