Asphalt shingle roof replacement

Better than expected. Not only was the job well done but they came out faster than originally scheduled. They had a cancellation and immediately called to let us know of their availability.

Not responsive, confrontational as soon as we signed. Could not talk to management to resolve. Name often confused with Lobo Roofing.

It took about 2 weeks to get estament. They told me it would take about 6 to 8 weeks before work would start. Fall is busy time. They were about 6 weeks as promised. Took 2 days to complete work. I was not home during construction. When I returned I didn't like the construction of skylight, it was not symmetric and did not fit arrignal opening. I called they fixed my issue by putting a piece of shaded glass so I couldn't see the part didn't like. Babra in office has the customer service of a rock until you get upset then is a different story. Her tune changed.when I didn't appreciate work done.

It went well. They were available after a very heavy winter, while others could not even provide inspections and quotes for several weeks. The broken tiles were identified and replaced without problems.

The owner has an entire Dream Team. I have never seen harder working employees, they are very grateful to be employed. Always on time, if not early. Very polite, very courteous and respectful, and very clean in everything they do. Enrique, the manager is wonderful to deal with, he explains everything that is going on. Barbara in the office always double-checks to make sure you got her messages. I absolutely would recommend this Dream Team to everybody. The work is phenomenal.

They worked hard, finished early, excellent workmanship, and everyone was really courteous and professional. Tony was the best I have ever encountered in my life!!! However, I was not aware until just today reading their promotion that they offered a Sr. discount. I was not offered one or even advised of one. Something for them to keep in mind for future clients.

i have 14 years of roofing experience. i know most of all kind of roof.

Of the roof repair companies I contacted (I think more than six), ABC was the only one to agree to work in Carson City. Others either didn't return my inquiry or didn't travel this far south from Reno/Sparks, or said the job was too small.
I listed the set of repairs needed and ABC stopped by and provided an estimate. I agreed and work began a while later. (They were busy doing another job further South.)
After they were done, I remembered that I had forgotten to mention one more item that needed to be repaired. They added that job to the estimate and returned later to perform that repair.
All of this was done while I was out of town, so there were some communication problems but overall I'm quite happy with the outcome. There is one dent in one roof air vent but it's still venting air just fine.

My final choice was ABC Roofing (licensed, bonded, insured) for 9000.This was less than half of what a major Home Department store wanted (18442). They tore off the old wood shake roof, put on new flanges and put on a great shingles roof with lifetime (30 yr) warranty. After they had gone I would never have known they were there except for a great looking roof. NO nails or debris from old roof. They even reattached my gutters that were coming off.
