"This is for a roof redo on a manufactured home by Tim P. On time, work was excellent. Waited through a couple of rainstorms and some snow before writing this review. Another roofing company said they would need to totally replace the sky lights for extra cost. Carlos assured me they didn't need to. So after the storms, no leaks, all fine. He also removed a swamp cooler from the roof, sealed, and roofed over it. All for less than previous estimates, but definitely no loss in quality. I have recommended them to my neighbor after winter."
