Painted garage door - gave me instructions on what I needed to do in advance - very helpful Excellent and work done timely

Alberto’s communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. He kept me updated on the entire project and kept making sure I was satisfied throughout the project. His team worked VERY fast. They demolished, added truces, insulated, and drywalled my entire garage, even the ceiling. He hired out for electrical (Wayne from Highline Electric) and choreographed it all for me. The project took about two weeks, maybe even less. I feel like I blinked and it’s over. He gave me a quote the first day I met him and by the end there was only an extra $500 added for some unexpected work on a garage that needed a lot of love. At the end of the project I noticed one thing that bothered me and he had his team out to fix it that day. The only thing I would like to see better is the clean-up. I found many screws/ nails/ and staples. With my dogs, that was a concern for their paws. I will definitely be hiring Alberto at A&J Quality Home Services for my next project!

Alberto and his team absolutely killed it. My home got destroyed and I decided to do a full remodel as well, and I had no idea what I was doing. Alberto helped us pick out the best looks for everything, and I basically left it all in his hands. He did it for a fantastic price, and super quickly. I’ve already told everyone I know about his team but seriously if you need any work done, he’s your guy. 100/10 without a doubt!

What a great experience. I wish we could give more than five stars. Alberto is a true professional. His prices are fair and reasonable. He is dependable, communicative, and has tremendous INTEGRITY. His final walk-throughs are thorough as customer service is exceptionally important to him. He hires quality people and we felt very comfortable with his team working in our home whether we were here or away. Our guest bathroom, which needed an exceptional amount of work, turned out better than we could have imagined. We are extremely happy with the exterior painting as well. Alberto is a remarkable contractor. My husband and I feel very fortunate to continue to work with him.

There was a slow leak coming from a cracked pipe under one of the upstairs bathroom. It damaged the ceiling in my kitchen/family room.I consulted 2 different plumbers who both told me I would need a general contractor to take care of the problem. Enter Alberto and crew from A and J Quality Home Service.They made the repairs to the plumbing and re dry walled the hole in the ceiling. They were VERY professional and very skilled craftsmen. Roberto ,who did the plumbing repair, clearly explained what he did and was fastidious in his work. I am pleased with the results and will use their services in the future.

Alberto did a great job! From initial contact he was very communicative and responsive. He gave me an estimate and completed the work all within two days. He shared pictures with me, since I was out of town, and was assuring the job would get done right. I’m glad to know I have a great Handman in Reno when I need something done right.

Alberto and his team are wonderful to work with. He provided a detailed quote that was priced fairly in my opinion. In the weeks and days leading up to the job as I was selecting finishes and gathering materials he was available and communicative. Once the project started I heard from him every day even if he was not able to be on site himself while work was being completed. The trades that he hires out for specialty work are all polite and did amazing work in a reasonable time frame. The attention to detail by the guys that did the drywall repair was so reassuring - the texture match is unnoticeable from old drywall to new. The installation of some of the detail pieces, like baseboards, vanity backspash, towel bar, and other items was done well and I don't have a big list of to-do items to finish up the space! I'll definitely be working with A&J again!

On time, really good quality work. This company is a small business, family run. Responsive, responsible. Hard to find good contractors to do good work-this company delivers both. Rebuilt our deck and did a great, efficient job.

Alberto, the owner, was very prompt. We received a quote the following day after meeting him at the project. He and his crew were on time every workday (with a 7:00 AM sharp job start). Communication was excellent, with my texts/calls responded to quickly as well as me receiving helpful suggestions. Alberto's son, Junior, was on the job throughout the project, so between the two, it was well supervised. One thing I am most grateful for is the connections Alberto has with specialized contractors. When we found that there were plumbing problems under the house unknown to us or Alberto, he found a licensed plumber who came out almost immediately to fix it (this the the summer of 2021 and it is almost impossible to find contractors, much less available the next day). We also had a need for some masonry work which was not in the original contract. Alberto found a contractor and had them on the job in a couple of days. I am very pleased with the work and the cost of my project.

I highly recommend Alberto and Junior, who remodeled my bathroom. Everything was done well and in a timely manner. The only one that held up the the project for a short time was me, trying to decide which toilet to choose. The results were just what I I had imagined. A definite thumbs up!!

Alberto had really fast response time, was very professional, experienced, and trustworthy. The work was done in a timely manner. He worked with us to make a plan for our garage renovation, and we felt the price was reasonable. The only unsatisfactory part was the mess left behind - I wish it was more clear upfront how much of the debris they would (or would not) be hauling away. They did the basics, definitely way better than we could have done ourselves, did quality work, and were overall a good company to go with.

A&J Quality Home did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation. They also expertly added a washer/dryer hookup to my hall closet and redid my tile floors. Alberto was amazing through the renovation and performed very quickly. I could not be in town for most of the remodel and he went above and beyond to get it done. He is a great sounding board for design and cost questions. He also helped me obtain the tile and materials for the job. He is trustworthy and fair and I will hire him again for future jobs!

We did siding, deck, vinyl flooring, and gutted and redid the bathroom. All was done in time and within budget and meet our expectations. Alberto was very competitive and was very willing to work with our final vision.
