"Carlos and his team were punctual, very friendly, easy to work with, very efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. They reflashed and resealed 3 skylights on our condo, and also cleaned the gutters and installed lifetime gutter guards, all in about 5 hours, at what we considered a very fair price, and FAR less than the previous bidder, who insisted that we should replace the skylights. Carlos took lots of pictures to show me what they did. They fit our job in within a reasonable time, too, although they were very busy (came on a Sunday) We have not had severe rain to verify that the skylights no longer leak, but given what they did - replacing all the flashing, installing ice and water barrier, and replacing bad roof shingles - I feel confident that there will be no more problems. I also feel confident that if there ARE problems, Carlos and his crew will quickly fix them. I would certainly think anyone should, at a minimum, give them consideration for their roofing and gutter jobs."
