We believe that an incorporated view on design and construction will allow our projects to be more sustainable and in addition give us the ability to focus more holistically on your projects. i have 13+ years as a union carpenter the last 6 as a foreman untill the construction economy crashed.im skilled and mastered most trades,i warranty all my work! im very punctual,great work habits,clean cut, and always on time. i get the job done on or before deadline if i dont i will reimburse. im not here trying to get rich my prices will beat anyones gaurantee!free estimates,no travel cost and i will work around any budget. im capable of pretty much anything that has to deal with construction i been around it my whole life. i do all work myself so i will not be sending people to do the job,i personally think thats how it should be,you work for your money not sub it out..im a husband and a father of 3 wonderful kids,my work that i do i take pride in i treat every job i do as my own property,cause the more work i have the more my family will have a comfortable lifestyle,thats all i want in life is for my family to be comfortable. if interested in any additional information please feel free to contact me and ill be more than happy to answser all your questions. 702-517-0990 jess avelar

"Tony was my contractor for a kitchen remodel September 2022 and bathroom remodel May 2023. He also painted the entire downstairs. The cost was basically the same as the initial proposals with very little added expense. The remodel was completed in a timely manner and Tony kept the work area clean. I am loving my new kitchen and bathroom. It was everything I wanted. Tony was great."

Roofing - Primarily asphalt shingles for both new construction & remodels. Tile roofing on new construction only, no tile repairs. Family owned since 1994. Check or cash preferred, Debit & Credit cards accepted with 3% convenience fee added
"Skip and his team were exceptionally responsive to my repair need. I had a short window to obtain a repair estimate, and Skip fit me in without hesitation. His crewman came out, inspected as scheduled, took pictures of the damaged areas, then followed up with a repair quote. The quote was well within my budget, and once I returned my acceptance, Skip scheduled the repair. There was a delay by one day, due to another job that extended past expectations, but we were notified by phone call, and rescheduled for the first thing the following morning. My brother, who has some prior roofing experience observed the work on my behalf. He gave 2 thumbs up. The roofer was professional, clearly skilled at his craft. He moved tiles around to distribute the new, unweathered tiles around the roof. Sealed and glued tiles in place where needed, and cleared all debris from the area. He followed up with pictures of the "after repairs", and the final process was to email me an invoice. Skip also committed to add my home to his yearly walkover schedule to ensure that I am pre-warned of any further roof issues. Truly a world class operation.
