After a particularly severe windstorm I checked my roof and found that I had lost a couple of shingles, I thought maybe it's time for a total roof replacement, so I called around for a quote to repair or replace, and the consensus was that my 25 yr old roof was in good shape and I really didn't need to replace the roof itself, I got a few quotes for repair, which i thought were kind of high, then the GM from Quality Roof came and told me the same thing . I' m not going to go into specific details, but Quality ended up replacing some missing shingles giving me a deal that couldn't be beat....trust me, these are the guys you want to do business with...."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
