This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

After a particularly severe windstorm I checked my roof and found that I had lost a couple of shingles, I thought maybe it's time for a total roof replacement, so I called around for a quote to repair or replace, and the consensus was that my 25 yr old roof was in good shape and I really didn't need to replace the roof itself, I got a few quotes for repair, which i thought were kind of high, then the GM from Quality Roof came and told me the same thing .
