"What a great company! My original roofing design was faulty—curved tiles were covering the valleys, causing rainwater to pour down over the facia, damaging the wood. It was not easy to devise a “fix” that would provide proper drainage without looking jerry-rigged and ugly, and the extra work was provided without exceeding the original cost estimate."

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

They brought the materials, and began work the following day. Within three days they were finished. Ryan Thomas and Amanda Sanchez were great. They both are A+ Excellent in customer service. They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. After a particularly severe windstorm I checked my roof and found that I had lost a couple of shingles, I thought maybe it's time for a total roof replacement, so I called around for a quote to repair or replace, and the consensus was that my 25 yr old roof was in good shape and I really didn't need to replace the roof itself, I got a few quotes for repair, which i thought were kind of high, then the GM from Quality Roof came and told me the same thing . I' m not going to go into specific details, but Quality ended up replacing some missing shingles giving me a deal that couldn't be beat....trust me, these are the guys you want to do business with...."

"I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. However, in the end, DaBella came through and we ended up with a beautiful roof. I could not be happier. Grummett Construction was the company that eventually did our roof. They were excellent.
