It was not easy to devise a “fix” that would provide proper drainage without looking jerry-rigged and ugly, and the extra work was provided without exceeding the original cost estimate."

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. Nevada Exteriors also did work on many of my neighbors roofs that also suffered damage from that same bad wind storm. I would recommend this roofing company."

"It took a long time to get scheduled the service. Service was provided, I?m not sure on quality because it?s hard to say how good was the roof cleaning, but they charge a fee for CC payment. I would like to know it in advance."

"I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. However, in the end, DaBella came through and we ended up with a beautiful roof. I could not be happier. Grummett Construction was the company that eventually did our roof. They were excellent. I could not be happier. They are the company who DaBella hooked us up with.The roof replacement was done efficiently and professionally. Cody Crummett is the person who helped us. He is excellent."
