"Excellent service, fair prices, punctual. The thermostat was at 99 degrees!! I had three quotes and believe me when I tell you the third one, "Simply Air Conditioning" was the only quote that didn't try to price gouge me. They even did a follow up to make sure everything was fine. Mike, was my service rep. & Brendan was the technician, both were very professional and easy to work with. Seriously, within a few hours the unit was installed. Trust me you don't need to call anyone else ! I can't thank them enough, I would give more than five stars if I could. Cheryl"

"I contacted them because my compressor was making a loud noise and was still under the 1-year labor warranty. They sent a technician but claimed it was normal. Now I am stuck with a loud faulty compressor on a brand-new unit when the unit is still under warranty. They offered a cleaning but that did not solve the problem. Now, they won't even service my unit at all because I shared my negative experience."

"Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again."

"Vivint is the worst company I have ever done business with. Having Vivint is a condition on my lease and, if it wasn't, I would quit in a minute. The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint."
