Best AC company ever! I got quotes from 5 companies and this one was very reasonable with good warranties on both parts and service. My AC story and education started 7 weeks prior with a company that did not deliver and install the right size air handler unit for my ceiling. In the meantime, they disposed of all my equipment so I couldn't even get it back. I was going to file a claim at the NV contractor's board and Daniel told me he would help me do this. Since I was a protected class(over 60 and disabled) I wouldn't have an issue getting my money. That company way overcharged and took advantage of me. Daniel provided top-notch customer service and took extra time to educate me on my AC unit and the AC industry in general. I decided to try on my own first. After 3 weeks of pulling teeth I did get my money back from that company. They did some shady stuff but all turned out well when I eventually went with Snow Frosty. Also shout out to the 2 technicians, Angel and Juan who are extremely knowledgeable and professional for such young kids. They are my go-to for sure! Honest and reliable! Eric also came out twice to set things up and answered alot of my questions. I'm going to have them do my daughter's AC and any single retired ladies I know. I'll tell everyone. They saved me, not just $$, but alot more stress of which I had already had enough for sure!

This company was called out by Sears Home Warranty ( Total Protect), they came out as a second opinion to another vendor who said I had not had my maintenance done. Naturally, the home warranty decided not to cover it the first time because their contractor said it was dirty so I was a bit scared to let them in my home since they work for the home warranty and it would cost me another co pay of $100. However, to my surprise they were actually really informative, and checked the unit in the attic which was not checked originally and told me that it was a problem with at thermal expansion valve. Therefore, they reported it to the home warranty and they finally agreed to cover it for me , they were out the same day and fixed the issues. Ultimately, this saved my warranty policy from being denied or closed out for me "not" upholding my part of the contract which is to maintain the unit, and it saved me money since the warranty covered the repair all for $100.00

Do not use this company. My home warranty company set me up with Snow Frosty when my unit went down on 4/23/18. They came out and said they would need to move my unit to the front yard due to the copper Freon line leaking due to improper installation over twenty years ago. They missed the first appointment and when they came out they were hours late. They could not move the unit because they said I needed to move the electrical outlet and thermostat wire to the front yard. They would not move the electrical connection or thermostat line. I had to hire an electrician to do this and then they came out to move the unit. They charged me $800.00 that was not covered by my home warranty company. They placed my unit on 2 two-by- fours and said it was temporary because they were out of pads. It is now June 30th and my unit is still on the boards with no pads. I have talked to Daniel a couple of times every week for the last few months and he assures me they are coming to put in the new pad the next day, but they never come. On June 28th I went to the address on their website to pick up my pad and it was just a Business suite with no one from Snow Frosty available to talk to. I called Daniel again to express my frustration and he once again promised to have the pad put in the next day. Needless to say they never showed up and never called. I am reporting their lack of professionalism to my home warranty company and will make sure I never use them again. I finally had to order my own pad from Amazon and installed it on July 12th without Snow Frosty. I have yet to hear from them.

I was contacted by my Sears home warranty service to contact this company to perform repair service work. This company came on the day and time promised. Within about an hour they searched the unit for a leak. They found it ,replaced the part, and added refrigerant all for the $100.00 copay required by the Warranty plan. If I had to use them again I would.
