"These guys were great. My wife had previously hired a contractor off of Craig's list to epoxy our garage floor. The gentleman did this, but failed to wait the appropriate time and the solution never cured properly. Therefore, the entire job had to be grinded off and replaced. "The lady with whom I dealt on the phone was very nice and professional, and all of the workers did a good job.  However, I had some problems with the foreman/salesman who drafted the estimate and explained the costs to me.  Specifically, we agreed to have floor boards installed and to have the bathroom painted after the remodel, but this wasn't done.  I had to call the lady in the office to get the floor boards installed which angered the foreman, and I had to do the painting myself.  All in all, the communication was the only problem with this experience."
