"The lady with whom I dealt on the phone was very nice and professional, and all of the workers did a good job.  However, I had some problems with the foreman/salesman who drafted the estimate and explained the costs to me.  Specifically, we agreed to have floor boards installed and to have the bathroom painted after the remodel, but this wasn't done.  I had to call the lady in the office to get the floor boards installed which angered the foreman, and I had to do the painting myself.  All in all, the communication was the only problem with this experience."

He came back the next week and worked for three whole days! He did a wonderful job and even gave me a discount, although he should have taken the whole amount. I would highly recommend Tyler Waite.
