"I am one of the owners of a condominium in a small 9 unit building. A new owner in one of the bottom units was doing
some remodeling and in the process of tearing down walls he found that rain water had been leaking into the walls of the unit from the roof for quite some time. Since his was a bottom unit we suspected there was probably water damage to the top unit as well, and there was. We called other contractors who said they would completely replace both the inside and the outside of the walls, including framing, at a cost of $20,000 to $30,000. Then I called Pure Restoration and Tommy said they could repair all without removing the outside walls and framing but instead by removing the mold and repairing and replacing only what was needed. Everything Tommy said came true and we were very pleased with the completed job. The crew was fast, thorough and clean. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be fairly painless. Tommy is even helping the owner of the top unit work with our insurance company to get more internal repairs paid for. I would definitely hire Pure Restoration again.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I must commend and recommend the exceptional products, sales staff, master craftsman installer, and the owner, ( Mr. Frank Hine). All three gentlemen have been a pleasure to work with in accomplishing the major upgrade of my home. Prior to meeting with All American Exteriors, I had met with other contractor representatives, (Sears), and was not very impressed with their products. The quality shown to me, by Sears, and prices that I was quoted was not what I was looking for. [All American Exteriors] showed me samples of the new Excalibur windows and Prodigy Insulated Siding, (over twice as thick than Sears best), and quoted a complete installation price for replacement of all windows and glass sliding door, plus the full siding installation for my entire home. I was pleasantly surprised. The total package that I received, (everything included), for less than the prior quoted price from Sears, for just their siding installation without windows! This was a no brainer! Removing the original single pane windows and sliding patio door was a job that I really dreaded. With the Expert Journeyman Carpenter performing the actual work, the removal of the existing windows and installation of the new �Excalibur� windows, went beautifully! He truly is a miracle worker. The difference in the lack of heat transference into the house was amazing! With the new wind"

Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
