UNFORTUNATELY, CHARLES DID NOT COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. HE PROMISED TO "ANCHOR" THE LAWN ITEMS WITH A MORE SECURE STAKE, BUT NEVER RETURNED (AFTER 3 CALLS) AND REPAIR OR REMOVE SOME ITEMS THAT WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS NOR DID HE RETURN. i WAS DISAPPOINTED, BECAUSE i WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THE INITIAL WORK. I WAS SET TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS....BUT NOW, I DON'T KNOW."
