"I had an existing 14 year old steel door with custom side and top deco in steel. It is a 9 X 8 foot assembly. The door was binding because it had dropped on one side due to recent excavation for a pipe leak under one of the pony walls. Angel and his helper took our gate assembly and repositioned it so it was 1/2 an inch off of the ground. sandblasted and powder coated the assembly and installed a new entry handle and lockset.
