"They were really nice and there is another plan for them to put the fisher grass in too but that’s plan number two. They were really good about working with somebody that was limited on funds and wanted pay all cash for it so I didn’t want to go on debt with it so I had so much that I could do for this time and they were real good about working me that way. In terms of price I would rate them highly because I went through about four or five others and it was all very compatible as far as the price’s were but these people really wanted to work with me and it was much their personalities because they were very compatible prices all that I got. They were the first there and the first one I talked to. I have the home owners association and they actually sped all that up because they had worked in that area before so the home owners association automatically just kind of said to go ahead where sometimes I takes six weeks to do and they did within two or three days and that was nice.
