Sean responds so quickly if he is not able to answer the call immediately. We hired him to clean our 15 year old ac/furnace. We had been told when we built the house that the unit would only last 15 years. Sean told us that the unit was limping along and we would have to replace within a year. He replaced some parts and thought that would keep it until next year. However, we had a power outage and the unit would not come back on. It had to be replaced. Sean went over several options for us. We ordered a new unit and Sean refunded the price of the parts that he had replaced the week before. I thought that was very decent of him. When the new unit came he spent all day installing it and trying to get it to run. It refused to work. Sean went out and bought a window unit to try to keep our house as comfortable as possible for New Mexico summers. He came back the next day and spent all day Saturday trying to make the unit run. It would not. He called the factory rep who said he'd try to walk Sean through trouble shooting. Sean insisted that he come and check the unit out. Turns out the unit was defective. As soon as the replacement unit came Sean got it installed and going! He was such a sweetheart being concerned for us in the heat and doing his best to keep us as comfortable as possible. I'd DEFINITELY will continue to do business with him.

Our full house AC unit was having issues in the hot New Mexcio climate. Sean of Air Quality Pros did his best to keep it limping along hoping that we could keep it going until next summer. He came a few times to coax it along and it tried until we had a power failure that put an end to it. We had to replace the whole unit. Sean went over various options with us and helped us choose the best choice for us. When it came he worked all day in the heat to get it going. It just would not cooperate so he brought us a window unit to try to keep the house temperature down. Then he worked on it again all the next day (A Saturday) but it just would not work properly. He contacted the factory rep who said he'd try to help Sean diagnose the issue over the phone but Sean insisted that the rep come to the house and see what was going on. Turned out that the unit was defective and had to be replaced. Sean got it in as soons as it arrived and worked to get it going and was able to get it running. Sean also followed up with us several times to make sure that the unit was running properly and that we were satisfied with the work and the unit. Great quality service and personal care.
