Customer service and technician (Jose) were professional, responsive, skillful and punctual. Pretty pricey - $1000 - I'd think twice about using them, again, on account of the cost. Otherwise, very pleased.

Canceled service after I was told the cost of each additional vent. Company insisted every vent needed to be cleaned at once, and the additional cost would have doubled the initial Angie's list price. Wish that would have been stated upfront,in the details when purchasing the offer

Excellent experience! Our dryer quit working, and it took a couple of days for someone to come out and determine the issue, which turned out to be the thermal fuse was blown - because the dryer vent was clogged. They fixed the dryer, and it was nearly nearly 1pm before I could start calling to find someone to come clear the vent. Steamatic was my first call, and they said they could get someone out between 3 and 4pm! I was elated, since my laundry was backing up. They arrived on time, got the job done (it was dangerously clogged!), and I was a happy camper. Now my clothes have never dried so fast, I never even realized before that this could be a problem! Truly appreciate the quick response and excellent service.

Good. They had to cancel my first appt and re-scheduled, but gave me a discount. They did a good job; were efficient and friendly. Only complaint is the smell throughout my house from the machine they use; very strong carbon monoxide smell set off my detector.

Excellent job. The telephone contact worked with me to find the perfect time to do the work.  The technician was on time, detail oriented, protected all wood furniture from wet carpet.  Took special care to remove stain spots from furniture and carpet.. Odorless.  Took a few hours to dry, but was more than worth the time.  This was the second cleaning Steamatic has done for me.  Far superior to any other cleaning services I have had. The technician was a pleasure to have in my home.  I'm sold on their excellent service.

This experience was awesome. We were blessed with a technician named Victor. Victor was on time. He even called to let us know his arrival time from his previous jjob.Victor was extremely knowledgeable, personable, paid great attention to detail and was well organized. He took the time to explain techniques and processes of his steam cleaning to my husband (who had multiple questions).He also provided information regarding the benefits and process of air duct cleaning. I will definitely use this company again and will get my ducts done in the near future. We had our carpets cleaned in May 2015 by a reputable carpet cleaning company through Angie's List, but I will use Steamatic from now on. Hopefully, Victor will will still be there. Victor is probably not the only tech they have, but he left a lasting and positive impression with each member of our family. Thanks Steamatic??.
