"Mark arrived within a few hours and successfully augered the drain, found and removed the obstruction. This is a rental property and he called me immediately to report the results and even sent me a photograph of the obstruction. (a toothbrush!!? )"

"We called at 8:30 on a Monday morning. Brenda called back within 15 minutes to confirm that Lino would be onsite within about an hour. Lino called 30 minutes later to indicate he was 15 minutes away.Lino arrived at 9:30 and took apart the drain and removed blockage (improper food in garbage disposal). All repaired in about 30 minutes (paid for one hour minimum). Great Service!

"2 gentlemen came out to do drip irrigation check-up/repair, but were not trained to do valve repair. Could not check irrigation, since no water was available. They called David, supervisor, he said could not be out there before 3 weeks. I said house was sold, in escrow, needed done sooner. David offered to give refund through Angies List, was understanding."
