Rivas Rockwall never asks for any financial advance of any kind, only when job is complete , we will ask for full payment .

"Mr Rivas and his workers did a good job filling in the retaining wall gaps. They left everything clean and picked up trash. I feel it was A little pricey for the job but needed the repairs done"
