"  I am new to El Paso, purchased a home that had an old swamp cooler, that didn’t work and had not worked for years. I contacted four heating and cooling services to place bids for a complete replacement to a new modern heating and cooling system, three bids came in extremely high, and the 4th from ARRON’S Heating and Air Conditioning came in just right for my budget. Now I want to tell of my great customer service experience with the installation of my heating and cooling system, Alonzo Perez the General Manager made me feel quite at ease, and walked me through the process step-by-step, this is an employee ARRON’S should be proud to have representing their company, Alonzo did not find any of my request too big or small for him to finish to my satisfaction, I understand that Arron’s is busy this time of year, Alonzo took all the time that was needed to answer all of my question, which means a lot. This is what it means to have great customer service skills, to kindly help me as if it was not a problem. Alonzo and his crew are some of the many reason I would recommend ARRON’S over other services, their professionalism and mostly their kindness that would keep me returning for my air conditioning needs. "Called Mike for heater outage, 66⁰F in house in bright sunlight. He was on another job but gave us a time estimate, then revised it to give us an updated arrival. Brought in worn parts to explain what happened, noticed that cooler is missing drain pieces & suggested we call him before using refrigerated AC. Heater is working now, and we are SO GRATEFUL for Mike coming out same-day!"

"StarTech (Luis, Owner) was very responsive to my initial inquiry and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. They offered a fair price for their maintenance service. And David (Service Manager) did a great job while onsite, evaluating and servicing my 2 AC units, changing filters, recommending improvements (he also took time to go service my mom-in-law's AC unit 15 minutes away). David also gave me his thoughts about the feasibility of a couple of AC projects I am thinking about and am awaiting their estimates. Really impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service displayed by our friends at StarTech. We will continue to use them for future needs...thanks again!!"

"Rating for everything is 5 stars, although customer service was above and beyond five stars-deserver 100!). Brandon took time out to explain and advise us regarding bad experience we had with a different AC contractor (YEARS after we hired Total Air for other installations), the new AC guy was hired for us through the general contractor doing work for our home. Lesson learned: hire your own contractors, don't go with who a general contractor uses. That has been a nightmare for us, hopefully over soon."
