Art and his team transformed my front yard. It literally went from a jungle to a beautiful and inviting yard. Art's vision and expertise made the entire process easy. His team is a collection of masters in their profession. Neighbors have stopped by and commented on the great work done and asked for the companies details. I would, without a doubt, hire this company again.

Professional and prompt. Just be sure to patiently detail the work you need done and ask about the extra cost to pay with a card. For us, there were rocks I asked to be removed, which then exposed a small area on both sides of the retaining wall along the stairs. Now we have a problem of potential erosion onto dirt should it rain. That wasn't included in the work order. The other thing is that some of the resurfacing work on the retaining wall began to show cracks after two days. They quickly responded and repaired. I was told we had to try to keep that area wet for it to curate since this section doesn't get a lot of sunlight. Thank you, Art and crew, for responding quickly.

They did a very good job and I highly recommend them to be used by anybody. As a matter of fact, the next door neighbor, they went ahead and hired them to do a project for them because they saw that I was very happy with the work they did. So, I recommend them to the neighbor and they did it the very next day.

Kasa/Arturo and his team did a fantastic job with our landscaping. We needed a full overhaul of our backyard (sod, sprinklers, and rockwall repair) and the team did not disappoint! Highly recommend Kasa to anyone in need of any outdoor landscaping/maintenance!

Let me start with the fundamentals. After I contacted him through Angi, he immediately came over to give me a very fair estimate. Immediately. He had some great suggestions, too. When asked when he would start work, he said tomorrow morning. This was in the middle of the holidays. He showed up with his crew ready to work as promised and got the work done expeditiously and professionally. Art does what he says he’s going to do, which is all you can ask for. It is one of the better experiences I’ve had with a work project at home.

Kasa did an amazing job. Great communication. These guys are hard working and attention to detail is first rate!

Arturo Alderete from KASA Roofing and Construction came out to provide a quote on 2 patios and a walkway. Said he would raise the 2 gates, finish the termination of a brick detail to the edge of the patio and clean up. Promised to be there on Friday and didn’t show up. I called and he stated he was tied up but thought he had called me to let us know. How do you not remember if you called your client or not. Showed up the next week and then started the job. Midway through he started to make excuses on how he could not raise the gates, was not able to finish the detailing, broke a sprinkler line but didn’t know how to repair it so I had to do it, couldn’t ensure the color of the concrete etc. Made a lot of promises that he couldn’t deliver. The stamping design was not straight and when I called him to request it be corrected before it dried his worker made indirect threats on the phone to him that I needed to go in the house or he would not be responsible. Go figure, being threatened in you own house for demanding that they do quality work. After they finished, the concrete pads are not level and hold water, it puddles up next to the foundation of the house, one of the gates only opens in one direction and the color is a hideous chocolate brown. The guy talks a big story but can’t deliver. Left with a nightmare.

Arturo Alderete DBA Kasa Contractors - Rock Wall Repair -  Job was not completed, left a 10' section totally undone, used substandard cement. When asked to finish work, he refused. When told about concerns with material owner became aggressive and rude.  Totally unprofessional.  Will never hire again.- Even afraid to listing address due to retaliation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
