"Was in need of plumbing work and repair that was part of a water heater failure that also caused damage. Called and asked if they service our area, they said they did, and I asked to have an estimate. After several calls, we succesfully arranged for the plumber to visit, and Jorge & Brad arrived as scheduled. Both Jorge & Brad seemed knowledgeable and responsive. They said there would be no charge for the estimate and they would prepare it for me to receive by the following week via email. More than a week later, no estimate had I seen. Had to make multiple phone calls to find out where the estimate was. After more than a week of phone calls & promises of return calls that they never fulfilled, the person answering the phone (Karesse) said that Jorge had sent the estimate to a "VP for approval." To my surprise, I got a phone call the next day, but it was just Karesse again to say that they were looking into the matter and were going to get to the bottom of where that estimate could be. This sounded good, but resulted in nothing at all working with Roadrunner. After another week had gone by, more phone calls resulted in being told the same thing again and again, with no one stepping up to be responsible nor actually get the estimate to me. I requested to speak to a manager and was told no one was available to speak with me. I asked for a manager to call me and put a condition on it, "if they actually care" to fulfill on having our business and doing what they said they would do. Already a month went by without the estimate, and the last time I spoke with Roadrunner, all I got was one last phone call from Karesse saying that this was important for them to resolve so they would call the next day. I never heard from Roadrunner that next day nor ever again and never received an estimate. It is clear they do not value customers and do not know what integrity is nor what it is to fulfill on the basics of being reliable service providers in our world. Not recommended as reliability to deliver on services and customer care are not what they are up to."

I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! "When we found Winsupply, my pregnant wife and I were extremely excited. Showroom looked great and they had large selection of amazing product to choose from. Our sales person, Valentina, was amazing. An extreme pleasure to work with. Or so we thought. We received our order, which was everything for the kitchen and two bathrooms, complete renovation, and the only thing that was correct was the kitchen faucet and the bathtub. My wife and I were extremely adamant about the bathroom fixtures being matte black and the sales woman ordered all stainless steel. The kitchen sink was suppose to be center drain but we received right drain. We asked for 2 bathroom sinks and she ordered one. Almost the whole order was not entered correctly. Serves me right for trusting a charismatic, what we thought was a very diligent and caring sales person and not going over all the product codes with a fine tooth comb when we made the purchase. On the order form, there is only the product code with no description of the product. I just assumed she entered them correctly. So needless to say it was all our fault for not entering every product code from the manufacturer on the internet when we got home to make sure everything was correct. At no point was it the sales persons fault according to them. Then they tell me it will be an extra $600 if we want the stuff we thought we were ordering in matte black. I’m returning everything minus the tub and the rough in stuff because all that has already been installed and taking my business elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do the same. We are no longer able to move into our new home before my wife has our second child due to this negligence. I would give them zero stars if that was an option."

"Worst plumbing contractor. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional. I paid my bill the day of service by credit card by phone. I then received an electronic bill for the same service the same week. I disregarded since I had already paid the bill. I never heard from them again until a collection agency contacted me 9 months later with a 20% surcharge. Why didn't they call me 30 days later to let me know that in fact their incompetent office staff did not charge my card the day of service? APPARENTLY THEIR OFFICE STAFF IS STILL INCOMPETENT. As far as the plumber, he showed up a half hour late. That I can understand. Although when he wrote out the invoice he charged me for that half hour he was late!"
