LIKE NEW REPAIR SERVICES INC

The company we originally purchased the couch from went out of business, so we searched the Internet to find another local seller. Located one who provided the name of their repair company, which was Like New Repair. Called and scheduled date for service call. Chris (owner) arrived, inspected couch (which was not easy since it had to be tilted back and it weighs at least 200 lbs), found the problem, got part number for switch and said he'd have to order it. Switch finally came in (took several weeks), repair date was set. Chris arrived right on time, turned the couch over again, pulled the broken switch out and got new one installed. (It was cool the way he used string tied to the old switch wiring when he pulled it out thru the couch mechanism so then when he tied the end of the string to the new switch, he just pulled it right back thru by pulling on the string.). Anyway, before he put the couch back down, he cleaned up some of the wiring underneath so it would sit more level. Everything is working great now. Would definitely use them again.
