Commercial Tree Removal Service
We had a dead tree blow down at our commercial property. Michael happened to drive by, saw the situation, and left his business card. He was able to come the next morning to remove it and two other dead trees that were still standing. He was on time and completed the job in 1-1/2 hours which included a very thorough clean up. His price was significantly less than a competitor I would called. We asked Michael about future landscaping needs, and his answers were very informative. He was great to work with, and we will definitely call him again.

Mike and his assistant. Rob, were awesome. Mike is very engaging and knowledgeable about his profession. He removed pyracantha bushes, elm trees, a fence, a hottub and cleanup of the area. He is a man of his word and and completed the job in excellent fashion. They are my TREE GUYS from now on. I did have 5 estimates and Mike's bid was very competitive.

I would like to say that Michael and his crew worked very hard, were friendly and professional. They did have to adjust the estimate up another 25%, but the reason seemed legitimate. The work that was done was really terrific. Just DO NOT pay them until they complete the work. He received final payment from my elderly mother and then never came back. We have the remnants of a very large tree still standing. I have been unable to get an invoice to see the costs broken down though I have requested it no less than 3 times and provided my phone and email contact info. The last time I texted with a request for an update on when he would complete the work, he just stopped responding. Again, the work that he does is TERRIFIC, just do not pay until you are happy with the completion. My mother just trusted him and should have waited to write the last large check.

The removal of two trees and stumps was excellent. A replacement tree was provided and planted. The staking on the new tree was flimsy. The notorious NM winds caused the new tree to lean. Phone calls and conversation with Desert Valley Landscape did not resolve the problem. Now we're being ignored. Our full payment was quickly accepted but the new tree issue was not resolved. So, less than 5.0 marks reflect less than 100% project satisfaction.
