I paid Francisco $300 for a smaller front yard job (more than the work was worth after seeing the results). He said he ?felt for me? as a single mom and promised to help with the backyard for free. I was grateful as he went on and on about how he wants to help someone struggling, until the red flags started. He sent me an unsolicited Snapchat request, which was extremely unprofessional. Then he canceled our scheduled date due to rain and completely ghosted me for weeks. When I reached out, he gave multiple excuses (broken truck, too busy, etc.) and promised a new date. That day came and he was a no-call, no-show. No message, no weather issues, nothing. My son and I ended up working by ourselves. When I asked later if he was on Angi, he didn?t even remember he still owed me the job he promised. While I appreciated the offer of help, the dishonesty, poor communication, and inappropriate behavior were unbelievable. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business.

I would hire this pro again. Very respectful and listened to my requests without a problem. Nice group. Efficient, fast, ad courteous. Fair pricing.

Cisco and his guys were great. They were efficient,polite, and quick. My grandkids can play in their back yard now with no stickers. Very happy 😃 😊🤩😁

We needed 2 shrub/bushes removed and after requesting a quote online, I got a call right away. Cisco came over to see the project and we were scheduled for the following week. This was quick enough, but he texted today and asked if id like it done sooner, which worked out better. His team was friendly and thorough. Good communication from the owner and fair, comparable pricing. He even trimmed a bush next to the area, which I really appreciated! Would hire again.

Oso’s Yards and More were wonderful! Great communication. Everything was explained well from cost to maintenance of my newly planted grass. They were kind, on time, and clean. I’m very happy with the service they provided. Most of all honest and genuine , which is a rarity these days.

Sisco and his crew arrived on time and busted their humps from the get go. They did a great job and i will be using them in the future. Great job on short notice and made the job happen even though they dont normally work on Sundays. Thanks Sisco!

We received a prompt reply for an estimate for our job. Cisco gave us a fair estimate for cleaning our yard and tree trimming. We set a date and he called the day before the set date to confirm. He showed up on time for the work, and he did a very good job for us. We have hired him to come every two weeks to maintain our yard and trees and to mow our lawn. Very Happy.

We set up a consultation to get an estimate, he was quick to schedule it and come out to discuss what I needed done for the yard. His estimate was INCREDIBLE and he offered to do even more while there to help clean up the yard. When it came time to have the yard done he was quick and kind and the yard looked better than I?ve ever seen it. I was renting the house but quickly sent photos to my landlord with his information telling her to book him in the future. He was great, I?m so glad I found him on here!

I was very pleased with the work they did and the price they charged. They were thorough and everything that was asked. I recommended them to a neighbor who needed the same type of work done.
