"Jose was extremely pleasant to work with. He listened to the concerns I had with a tree that was struck by lightening and did an excellent job with removing dead or dying limbs and branches. Clean up and hauling away debris was excellent. He even took the time to show and explain to a concerned neighbor what he was doing and why it needed to be done that way. I appreciated that because my neighbor (who knows much more about this than I do) was able to assure me that Jose was doing the right thing. One of the most important things that Jose happened to be available immediately while others couldn’t schedule for 10 days. I appreciate him for really listening to what I wanted. "They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
