"Shaddai Landscaping was magnificent, professional, and went above and beyond my greatest expectations! They totally transformed my property. They removed old brush, weeds, debris and hauled it away. My property has never ever looked this good. I plan to stick with Shaddai Landscaping for as long as they are in business! They were on time, courteous, hardworking and professional. I could not have asked for a better team than Byron and Ishmael. I could not be happier or more satisfied! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! : )"

"Leroy responded immediately to the request for services. We discussed my vision and budget and he designed and delivered phase one in the time frame promised. He’s very consultative. It was great that he cleaned up the area completely when he finished. Great results."

"Robert and his team did an absolutely amazing job! This morning Robert came out to our house to give us an estimate on everything, and before 4:00 PM his team had everything done. The same job would have taken my husband and all weekend to complete, if not more time. I'm so happy to finally reclaim our front yard. If we have any tree, bush or stump removal in the future we will definitely be using Robert's Tree Service again!"

"What a great company. They came and cleared out 5 tree stumps in a half a day. They cleaned everything up and couldnâ t even tell they were there. They worked on our neighbors side because he was easier. My neighbor was also very impressed by their professional service. Would use them in the future and recommend them to everyone."

FAQs for land clearing projects in Rio Rancho, NM

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.

The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.

When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.

The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.

When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.

On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
