"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It went well. One of the apartments just needed minor repairs, complete interior painting, new stove, and carpet re-stretched. Another unit needed a lot of work: complete interior painting, strip and re-paint a wrought iron railing, new counters and sinks in kitchen and bath, new stove, re-built closet, new flooring throughout including carpet, vinyl plank, and linoleum.
