He did a great job and he'll have Keith come out and do the proper measurements for building a sunroom. We haven't had to dish out any money yet. Step 1 has been completed. "Hoover’s was the ONLY one to get back to me and rather quickly. I decided to go ahead and use them. Aaron and Marcos were very professional and polite. Cleaned my HVAC ducts, exhaust vents, and my dryer vent (which was really dirty btw) in a timely manner and put everything back on when they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and even covered my stuff with plastic as they went. They took off their shoes as they came in and put down towels on the corners of furniture and the walls to avoid damaging them. Not sure if they were the cheapest option but they were the best option in my opinion. I’d definitely use them again. Thank you Marshall for answering me back and Aaron and Marcos for taking care of my vents."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I was surprised to see all the good ratings as I had bad experiences with this company.. They installed the furnace and AC. This summer the AC stopped working, I called and a worker came and replaced the refrigerant which let the AC work for 24 hours before it stopped again. I called again and two workers showed up and looked around and fixed the AC. On the first trip the worker thought it would be covered by warranty since they Donner installed the systems. The workers were good but the office were crooks. They charged me $974.01 for the first trip where the worker spent 15-20 minutes to add refrigerator fluid which only let the AC work for one day. I called again and they sent two workers that did some investigation and did some repairs. I was charged $1215.09 for the second call. The office never sent me an invoice that stated the number of work hours, the cost for the labor, the listed or cost of materials used. It looked like the office just pulled numbers out of a hat. "

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
