"JJ provided a detailed description of work needed to remove and replace my 20 yr old rusted cooler, complete with photos and an itemized list of labor and parts. Gerrod and James arrived within the time parameter, introduced themselves and got to work. They did need to go get a larger unit and within 4 hours my new cooler was up and cooling my house. What I paid was exactly what was estimated. I received photos of every step of the installation."

"Kevin was great. Explained what was going on with the swamp cooler, what it needed. He fixed it fast! Thanks!"

"My professional service person was Kenneth Thompson. He was professional in evey way and took the time to explain the problem and the part replacement. Mini split units when they work are the best. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. They ordered the part kept me informed by the week as to the status and quickly scheduled an appointment when the part arrived. Fast, courteous and professional service. It was woth every dollar."

"Tru Air is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The problem was diagnosed immediately, and the repair was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair and affordable! TruAir worked with my schedule and I can't be happier. Tru Air is the Best! Shiout-out to the tech Oscar and the other tech that was with him(sorry I forgot his name) I highly recommend Tru Air!!!"

"I hired Jorge the owner of Competitive Heating and cooling. He sat down with me for a consultation and was thorough in explaining options, and pricing. He inspected what needed to be done and was honest with his findings and went above and beyond to do repairs needed for a successful project. He showed up on time for the work date. He and his employee did an exceptional job. He showed me his work and I was so pleased. I found him to be professional, honest, dependable, personal, and a man of integrity. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone. Thank you Jorge! Now my family and I can be comfortable through the hot summer months."

"The guy is wonderful, friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. He cleaned my dryer vent which was completely blocked (by previous owners of my house) and he cleaned to evap cooler vents which were snowing mineral crystals all over my sofa (again previous owners left it in that condition). I feel so relieved now. Thanks!"

"This is the second time that I have used Ortega Quality Mechanical. Jake and his workers are very professional, courteous and clean up well after themselves. They are very responsive to your needs and go that extra mile to help you with any concerns. They back their work and are very efficient with their time. Very reasonably priced. Jake worked on my first project, but then had his two workers come by for this job as he’s been very busy. They were excellent and did a very nice job with the same professionalism. This is a company I trust very much. They will be helping me again soon to install a swamp cooler that can be run until I need the AC on a more humid day. They will link it to my AC in such a way that they can use the same vents and when I want to switch, it’ll be easy. You won’t go wrong with this company. They do an excellent job."
