"My professional service person was Kenneth Thompson. He was professional in evey way and took the time to explain the problem and the part replacement. Mini split units when they work are the best. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right.
