"Over the winter our hot water heater went out. We ended up purchasing a package for our home with very dated equipment: new hot water heater, furnace & removal of swamp cooler for air conditioning. They came out same day for water heater, we were up & running in no time. The remainder of the job was done in a timely manner. I was amazed by the quality of work. All winter we enjoyed our new furnace. Fast forward to today....they came out to test a/c for the upcoming summer since they couldn't test it during the winter. "I literally cannot say enough good ... no no.. great things about this company. I had a mouse problem (which has now been rectified) and it turns out one got into my furnace’s blower wheel, and was causing a rattle to occur. I didn’t want to NOT run the air in these hot Arizona days, but at the same time, I didn’t want to run the air conditioning while it made this noise. I reached out to a few various companies, but was told I was going to have to wait until Monday to speak to someone without saying it was an emergency.
