This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. Follow up 1 month later- Now water is leaking through the air return vent they installed in the ceiling after probably a tenth of an inch of rain. I called but apparently they don't have anyone on call because all I could do was leave a message. Buyer beware that they don't appear to have appropriate on call coverage if something goes wrong and a minor issue could certainly escalate into a much more expensive and inconvenient repair."
