"Technician iagnosed low refrigerant with no leaks. Stated that extra refrigerant should have been added at installation due to long line to coils/blower. After adding refrigerant, insufficient air flow was diagnosed. Recommended using a less restrictive air filter. Technicians were very courteous and diligent in diagnosing, explaining, and mitigating problems."
